When you make an inquiry, we may process name, phone number, city or neighborhood, site type, description of the work, photos or files of the site, and communication content by phone, Viber, WhatsApp or form.

Why we use the data

to return a call or message;
to arrange a site visit;
to assess the work from photos or description;
to prepare an offer and work plan;
to perform agreed work, issue invoices and meet accounting obligations when there is an order.

Legal basis

Data is processed mainly to take steps before a contract and to perform a contract. For accounting or legal obligations the basis is a legal requirement. In limited cases legitimate interest may apply, for example to prove communication, protect rights in a dispute or maintain system security.

Who data may be shared with

Data is not sold and is not used for mass marketing. It may be accessible to a hosting or form provider, accountant, legal adviser or subcontractor only when needed for a site visit, offer, execution or legal obligation.
